Complete transparency in every aspect allows each Successful Hosting reseller to fulfill their services without the worry of being discovered as a Successful Hosting reseller. All of this is designed so you can concentrate on selling and making money while Successful Hosting does all of the hard technical work behind the scenes. As a reseller, you are free to resell each account under your own brand name and charge your customers whatever you want. This allows you to have the look and feel of your own hosting company. All resellers will be assigned their own private name servers (ns1.resellerdomain.com and ns2.resellerdomain.com). Resellers can have their own H-sphere control panel URL, DNS server names, company information, corporate logos and all other parameters visible from the user's control panel. Resellers appear to end customers as totally independent hosting providers. Furthermore, reseller control panels are inaccessible by IP, which excludes the possibility of accidental or intentional visits to our control panel or website.

Resellers can decide to offer trial hosting, create various payment intervals with discounts, offer promotions, debit or credit individual accounts, setup additional fees for additional services, and much more!
Credit Card Processing
Our Private Label H-sphere Hosting Reseller software automatically performs all charges to your customers' credit cards for the services you offer. All you need to do is choose and configure a merchant gateway. The Merchant Gateway Manager is a configurable H-Sphere add-on that allows you to set up and alter merchant gateways, the media for conducting transactions with online credit card processing centers. The software tracks gateway usage and provides statistical information on the number of transactions and total charges for every particular gateway. You can setup different merchant gateway accounts for different types of credit cards (like VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express). In this way you can maximize your profits by processing every type of credit card with the gateway that offers the lowest rate for this type of card. Over 20 gateways supported, including (but not limited to):AuthorizeNet (ADC Relay), AuthorizeNet (SIM Protocol), Bibit, CyberCash, Echo, Ematic, ePDQ, eWay, InnovativeGateway, InterCept, IonGate, LinkPoint, LinkPoint (API v.3.01), Main Street Softworks, Moneris, NetBilling, NTPNow, Paradata, PayyAndShop, PayGate, Pay-Me-Now, PayReady, Plug'n Pay, Protx, PSiGate, SecurePay, SecurePay.com.au, Secure Trading, SkipJack, ThePayDesk, Tucows, VeriSign Payflow Pro, and VeriSign Payflow Pro with SSL Support.
Overselling
We charge our resellers by the hosting resource usage and not by hosting resource allocation. This means, for example, if we assign your reseller account 3500 MB of disk space, you can create a hosting plan that gives away 200 MB of disk space and have up to 50 clients (Total allocation: 10000MB). Why? Because we charge you by the amount of space you actually use, not the allocation. So if each client uses 20 MB of disk space, you can have up to 175 clients... totaling 3500 MB of disk space actually being used. If you need more, our hosting resources costs are very low - in this case $0.05 per additional MB disk space usage. The same method applies for bandwidth and the other resources. We only charge for what is actually being used by your clients!
Email Notifications and Invoices
Whenever necessary, our Private Label H-sphere Hosting Reseller software will e-mail your customers important details. You can also have copies of these e-mails sent to your e-mail account. Notifications are sent when a customer signs up, forgets a password, approaches disk or traffic limit to name just a few instances. Customers can also choose to get all their invoices by e-mail.
Mass Mail Customers
Often, you will need to send emails to multiple or all customers e.g: newsletters. The mass mail feature allows to send one customizable message to a some or all of your customers right from your Reseller H-sphere Control Panel.
Customizable Help Desk and Knowledgebase
Your customers H-sphere control panel comes with an integrated support center that allows them to communicate their problems and questions to you or your support staff using a web browser. The knowledgebase was created as a combination of FAQ and search utility, the KnowledgeBase system helps to improve your end user customer support.
